The innovative Pad’it!

As each box arrives at the conveyor, Pad’it! solutions automatically inserts a paper-based cushioning pad supplied by WrapPak® Protector at either the bottom or the top of the package. Using a robotic arm, it ensures better product protection while maintaining a uniform visual appearance within each box.

Integrated solution

A single supplier for all of your machines, maintenance, and consumables makes your packing line easier to manage. The P1 solution is a great addition to lines using F1 and C1 machines, avoiding the complications created by managing multiple solutions. As an integrated solution with a single point of operation and intuitive no-code robot programming, the machine performs reliably and efficiently in day-to-day use by operators. Pad’it! has a small footprint and is easily added to a wide range of conveyors.

Labor-saving

A Pad’it! solution removes the need for one or more FTEs who would otherwise have to place pads manually – avoiding an ergonomically challenging, repetitive, and labor-intense operation. The solution handles up to 15 boxes per minute, so you can scale up production while maintaining a static employee headcount, especially in periods of high demand.

Highly protective

A pad at the bottom of each box helps to prevent many of the returns caused by damage in transit, where 70% of damaging drops are caused by impacts to the bottom of the box. Pad’it! provides the consistent protection your packing line needs. By reducing a product’s movement inside the box, it also helps to avoid scratches and abrasions, keeping items presentable for customers.

Sustainable

Using 100% curbside-recyclable paper helps keep single-use plastics out of the supply chain. Ranpak paper is non-toxic, biodegradable, and made from renewable resources.

The additional protection that pads provide shows customers satisfaction by demonstrating that you value your products, and they will benefit from easily recycled material. The waved paper pads create a premium appearance for each unboxing moment.
