AccuFill® is a breakthrough solution designed to optimize the amount of void-fill material used in high volume packaging operations. As boxes come down the line, AccuFill sensors scan the box. They determine box size and the volume of objects inside the box, and then compute the amount of paper needed to fill the void. AccuFill then tells the FillPak® converter to dispense the right amount of paper, with no guesswork required. Users also benefit from six standard analysis reports, showing paper usage by collecting data from each box run through the system.

The AccuFill in-line measurement system determines the amount of empty space in every shipping box. It tells the FillPak converter to dispense an optimum amount of paper, filling up the empty space in each specific box (processing up to 10 boxes per minute).
